The interior benefits from high quality fabrics and elegant furnishings, which all combine to create an atmosphere of comfort. Every detail has been carefully thought through – from Egyptian bed linen to original artwork on the walls.

The spacious contemporary designed kitchen is fully equipped to cater for all your holiday needs. There is a Cuisine Master Range cooker, wine chiller, island unit & breakfast bar. The large dining table and seating area is a perfect social space to have dinner and chat while watching the boats in the harbour.

The generous lounge has comfy sofas, soft lighting and a smart TV. Put your feet up in front of the wood burning stove and relax after a day exploring the hills. Foinaven House also has oil central heating.

All three bedrooms have views to Loch broom. Luxury curtains provide dark in the long summer nights and comfortable beds will ensure a good nights sleep.

There are shower rooms on both levels; the first floor designer shower room has views of the loch and harbour.

Foinaven House has a wonderful mature garden of some 330 square meters – wander through the multiple levels of grass paths and trees until you find just the perfect spot to take in the view and look out for local wildlife – red squirrels are often seen in the garden.  A short stroll takes you to Ullapool’s main street where you can browse the local craft shops or have a coffee. At night you can also enjoy the sounds of local musicians in the village bars.
